Cancellation Policy
We kindly request that you cancel or reschedule an appointment 24 hours in advance of your appointment to avoid being charged the full amount of your services. Appointments must be reserved with a credit card or gift card.
Late Arrivals
Late arrival for an appointment may result in an adjustment to your service, although appointments cannot be guaranteed for late arrivals. Late arrivals should expect to be charged the full treatment price.
Cell Phones
Due to the relaxing atmosphere of the salon and spa, cell phone use is not permitted.
Children
At Artisan Colour Spa ~ Salon we desire for all guests to clear their minds and enjoy a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Therefore, we kindly request that children do not accompany adults to their hair or spa appointments. Spa guests must be 17 years old, although services are available to guests 16 years old or younger when accompanied by an adult.
