Salon Policies and Procedures:

Cancellation policy- We kindly request that you cancel or reschedule an appoint 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged the full amount of your service.  Appointments must be reserved with a credit card or gift card.

Late arrivals- Late arrival for an appointment may result in an adjustment to your service, although appointments cannot be guaranteed for late arrivals. Late arrivals should expect to be charged the full treatment price.

Cell phones- Due to the relaxing atmosphere of the salon and spa, cell phone use is not permitted.

Children- At Artisan Colour-Spa we desire for all guest to clear their minds and enjoy a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Therefore, we kindly request that children do not accompany adults to their appoints. Spa guests must be 17-years-old, although services are available to guest 16-years-old or younger when accompanied by an adult.

Credit cards- Unfortunately, we cannot accept gratuities on credit or debit cards.

Artisan Colour Spa-Salon will make every effort to accommodate your schedule. If there is a time when an appointment is unavailable we may suggest an alternate expert to satisfy your needs.
